Use of the site
Eligibility
By accessing or using Big Daddy Game at bigdaddygamewin.in.net ("Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to access gaming content in your jurisdiction under applicable Indian law. Payments and transactions
Where the Site facilitates in-game purchases or entry fees, payments are processed through regulated Indian payment instruments including PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM UPI. By initiating a transaction, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and that funds are lawfully sourced. All amounts are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Completed transactions are final unless a dispute is raised within 48 hours of the charge appearing in your payment history. Big Daddy Game is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank, wallet provider, or network connectivity.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and software, is the exclusive property of Big Daddy Game or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international intellectual property conventions. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution constitutes infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Limited licence
Big Daddy Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to download content beyond normal browser caching, modify or create derivative works, reverse-engineer any part of the Site, remove proprietary notices, or sublicense any rights granted herein to a third party.
Trademarks and user submissions
The name "Big Daddy Game," associated logos, and related marks are trademarks of Big Daddy Game. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant Big Daddy Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content in connection with operating the Site. Limitation of liability

Cap on liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Big Daddy Game, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Where liability cannot be entirely excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Big Daddy Game in the thirty (30) days preceding the event, or INR 500, whichever is lower.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party platforms, including payment gateways such as PhonePe or GPay. Big Daddy Game has no control over those platforms and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.
Governing law
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact Big Daddy Game in good faith and allow thirty (30) days to resolve any dispute informally. Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The arbitration seat shall be India, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
